Included in the price:

Excess and full insurence without excess (SCDW):
Groups A, B and B2: 1200€ excess.
Groups C, K, G, S and M: 1800€ excess.
Groups 1 and 2: 800€ excess.
Groups G+ and Porsche: 2100€ excess. To rent any Porsche you must to pay doposit of 2000€
Not included at the insurence:
These coverage does not include damages caused to the tyres,blows under the car, wheels, glass, and car mirrors. In order to insure these items, the client can purchase an additional insurance (EXTRA SDCW).
These coverage also does not included and therefore it will be the responsibility of the client the following cases:
-Loss or damage in any accesory: GPS, child seats, etc.
-Loss or damage in keys or antenna.
-All costs causted due to wrong type of fuel being administred and clutch damage.
-Damage to the upholstery.
-Towing service (only when the client incurs in negligence that is not covered by isnurence)
In case of any accidents or damages to the vehicle, the customer is required to fill out an accident report and deliver it to our office. Also, if the vehicle is stolen, the customer is required to report to the police and submit the complaint in our office.
Any accidents or damages to the vehicle not notified shall be construed as negligence by the customer and this may incur to additional charges. The concerted insurance covers the renter and authorized drivers against liability by amount of 70.000.000 €.
Additional Drivers:
20€ per driver and period.
Insurence “Young Driver”:
Drivers between 21 – 25 years old and older than 70 years. It costs 15€/day. In these cases there is no possibility to cancel the excess, and hiring is only allowed for groups A, B or B2.
Credit cards:
VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX are accepted. Both the excess and the return of the excess deposit should always be done with credit cards.
Fuel policy:
The fuel level must be the same in the delivery and on its return (FULL – FULL / EMPTY – EMPTY). In case the car is returned with less fuel, the client will be charged 30€ besides the difference in fuel.
Traffic Fines:
Iscar Rent a car charges an administrative fee of 30 € to the client when we receive a traffic fine. Iscar Rent a car is obliged by law to provide information of the renter to the authorities in case of a traffic fine.This fee does not include the payment of the traffic fine. The customer must pay the authorities directly.
Abandonment / Late return of the vehicle:
Clients abandoning or returning later vehicles elsewhere than the agreed in the lease shall be liable for costs incurred for breach of contract. Moreover, apart from the daily rental fee, a daily charge of 50.25€ penalty will apply.
Restrictions
-Vehicles can not be taken abroad or between islands.
- The minimum driver age is 21 years, with a driving license with a length of more than 1 year.
- If the renter/payer is not the primary driver, it is mandatory to acquire the SCDW Coverage
-The insurance does not cover, in any case, accidents or damages caused to the vehicle by driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance that reduces the driver′s ability, or when the driver is not one of the authorized drivers in the contract, or even so, if the damages occur due to breach of the basic traffic regulations.
Standard or extreme cleaning:
The rental price includes a standard cleaning of the vehicle, however, if the vehicle is returned extremely dirty,Iscar Rent a car SL will be forced to charge € 50 for special cleaning.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations without penalty must be made with a minimum of 96 hours respect to the start of rent. Otherwise the following shall apply: - Between 96 and 72 h be paid 25% of the total agreed price. - Between 72 h and 48 h, 50% will be paid the agreed price. - Between 48 and 24 hours will be paid 75% of the total agreed price. - Less than 24 hours shall be paid 100% of the total agreed price.
Legal Regime:
This contract is governed by the provisions hereby agreed upon and by articles 1,554, and the following concordants of the Civil Code on the leasing of vehicles, subjecting the parties to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Palma de Mallorca.
Protection of personal Data:
In accordance with the regulations in Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into the treatment system owned by ISCAR RENT A CAR SL in order to meet the commitments arising from the contract signed between both parties.
In compliance with current regulations, ISCAR RENT A CAR SL informs that the data will be kept according to the legally established deadline. With this clause you are informed that your data will be communicated if necessary to: public administrations and all those entities with which communication is necessary in order to comply with the aforementioned service. We also request your consent to transfer your data and / or the vehicle rental contract itself, to the competent authorities and / or to the Public Administration, in order to be able to manage possible traffic complaints and / or any liability arising from the contract.
Failure to provide the data to the aforementioned entities implies that the provision of the services subject of this contract can not be fulfilled. ISCAR RENT A CAR SL informs that will proceed to treat the data in a lawful, loyal, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, accurate and updated manner. That is why ISCAR RENT A CAR SL undertakes to take all reasonable measures so that these are removed or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate.
In accordance with the rights conferred by the current regulations on data protection may exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation of treatment, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of their personal data as well as the consent given for the treatment of the same, directing your request to ISCAR RENT A CAR.
Lastly, ISCAR RENT A CAR SL informs that with the signature of this document it grants the explicit consent for the treatment of the aforementioned data.
I accept form these and future contract the general terms and conditions of contract.
